The Holy Spirit has been showing me a picture of the white glove of the Lord. I see the Father putting on His white glove and performing a test on my life, on the life of His Bride, and over the world. “In His hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.” (Job 12:10) This is a season of testing, mercy, and judgment. With His mighty white-gloved hand of holiness, God is blowing away the chaff and dust from every living thing with His mighty breath
This is a time of exposure. Things long hidden in closets, attics, or on shelves are being brought into the open. As Jesus said, “For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nor is anything secret that will not become known and come to light.” (Luke 8:17) His divine purpose guarantees that what is concealed will be revealed.
He is calling us to present ourselves as holy, surrendered vessels—bearing the fruit of the Spirit and awake from slumber. Scripture exhorts: “Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them . . . Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” (Ephesians 5:11,14) Everything hidden is being uncovered. Everything in darkness is being exposed.
This is the narrow way. Jesus warns, “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. But the gate is narrow and the way is constricted that leads to life, and there are few who find it.” (Matthew 7:13–14)
But the Lord is not only cleansing; He is also commissioning. He is calling His Bride to become the white glove of the Lord, clothed in His righteousness, moving as His hand upon the earth. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)
What does this look like? As God’s white-gloved Bride, we are to carry out the Great Commission. This means expressing faith by spreading the Good News, serving the needy, building community, moving in the power of the Holy Spirit, practicing spiritual disciplines, using our gifts, and advocating for the oppressed.
The Lord is putting on His white gloves as He stretches out His arm of righteousness. “With whom My hand will be established; My arm also will strengthen him.” (Psalm 89:21) He has called and anointed us for this end-time work. We are His white-gloves.
Now is the time to step into holiness and purity through His sanctifying blood and by our obedience. The Lord is establishing His white gloves upon the earth. He is strengthening us.
The question is: Are you ready to become the White Glove of the Lord?
In His Service,
